Cottesloe Curve swimsuit pattern

Easy to sew, beautiful instructions. I made borh swimsuit and bikini. Both turned out well fitting!
Only thing...all those pdf's to assemble.

I would like to have a full body measurement for the swimsuit. Without this the
suit that I made for my daughter who is not with me in person, the suit is too long so now I need to devise a way to shorten the body and still have a wearable suit.

I absolutely LOVE this pattern and cannot thank Megan enough for creating such a simple, classic, and empowering design! I made the original Cottesloe bikini last summer and I am looking forward to making the Curve one-piece next. I'm waiting on the pdf layering update before I cut out, re-measure, etc. - I'm hoping that happens soon, and in the meantime I can get more lovely swim fabric!

This is a great pattern. My client was struggling to find a top that fit her and looked cute! Brava. I'll be keeping this in my collections.

This is a beautifully conceived and designed pattern with lots of options. I decided for the curve pattern as I wanted to make sure I had enough coverage. The online tutorial was very helpful alongside the normal instructions and gave lots of extra help and tips. The only thing I would change next time as far as fitting is concerned is take in a dart in the pattern on the back between the crutch and the leg as this is a bit saggy on me (flat bum!). I made version A with the shelf bra, ties and fully lined. My only criticism of the instructions is that it was not easy to figure out how to put the ties when using lining and shelf bra, but I got there in the end. I am very happy with the result and will make it again. In fact I am wearing it as I type.

This is the swimsuit of my dreams!! Just a simple well fitting one piece. Thank you so so much for making this. (I made 3 ;)

Great pattern , easy to follow

I had to make adjustments to both length and some width. I knew I would have to do this before I bought the pattern. It would have been helpful to have the waistline marked - only to make the adjustments more accurate.
I also found the crutch too narrow and the crutch lining too short compared to other patterns I have used.
Overall a good pattern.

I made the view A in size 24, as indicated by the measurements chart. I added 5cm to length (I am 170cm tall). Surprisingly easy to sew!

Loved working on this pattern! I had to wrap my mind around the layers of fabric as I wanted to use mesh on certain sections, I took my time and basted my layers together prior to attaching the swim elastic and am so so pleased with how it turned out!

Made the high waist bottoms TTS and I love them. Second pair on the machine.

I am an intermediate beginner and I managed to make a very wearable 2 piece swimsuit much to my surprise! In love with this pattern, especially the very clear instructions. Highly recommend.

This is a great fitting swimsuit. The one-piece was true to size and the construction was quite simple!
