Beautiful Brumby

I had been eyeing this pattern for a couple of years and am so glad that I finally purchased it. It was an easy sew, but I did challenge myself with the new skill of inserting an exposed zip. I love the look and feel of this skirt. I’m planning to make one in velvet for the Christmas season- planning far ahead! Great pattern, thanks so much for a great design and beautiful pattern.

great pattern

this is a great skirt pattern with nice and clear isntructions. the pockets are big and comfy. I did and flat front/elastic back instead of a zipper and decreased the height of the waistband for a slightly more casual look. i made a size 6 with 1.5 m (145 cm wide) softened linen. would recommend : )

Can’t wait to make another one

I am a beginner sewer so this was a bit challenging but the instructions were super clear and I love my skirt. Feeling super confident to do it again thank you!!

Brumby skirt

I had doubts about how the pockets would look on my ample lower half - but I love, love this skirt! The pockets are large enough to hold whatever I might be carting around and as always the instructions are thorough and easy to follow. I highly recommend
